An Asian address with a charming welcome and a Chinese-Vietnamese menu.
In the Chinese quarter of 13 th, there are so many Asian addresses that you don't know too much about what gods do… So we ask native people or uncovers a bit at random and sometimes good pull. This is the case with this address. The hotel is a bit more original than anywhere else. The map is Sino-Vietnamese. When you use a small bowl of broth instead of a words cocktail, which we don't know too much about as an aperitif, it's certainly a good sign. Sign in any case of some attention to the choice of products as on preparation. The chicken made a farmer before going to steam and simply served with rice so cooked that it found all the flavour. On the other hand, the fritures are a little too fat and from the start we feel the graillon. Shame.
