Restaurant where to discover different traditional Vietnamese cuisines well done and with speed.
A beautiful offer that has quickly become a must in the neighborhood, and offered by the N'Guyen couple who know a lot in the field! The huge windows overlook the intense activity of the street, but let's face it, the essential happens indoors. Because here, you are invited to push the door and discover the three traditional Vietnamese cuisines: Tonkinese, Saigonese and that of the central Hue region that are all very light. It's sometimes very surprising, always very well done, and with speed: if the menu is vast that it will take you a few minutes to get to know it, but the couple reminds you that this cuisine is renowned for being the lightest of all Asian cuisines – so you can let go! Soups and broths are aerial and full of flavours, pork and beef skewers are served with vermicelli or rice cake and its fresh salad... everything is excellent. The Vietnamese omelette which you could become addicted to deserves a special mention. The service is discreet and efficient, the final bill is not all expensive: a favourite.
