Restaurant in a nice organic concept proposing a cuisine from organic ingredients in Paris.
A rather nice plural organic concept imagined by Gilles Tessier, a traveller in love with the planet who has made his establishment an "enlightened" restaurant. Just a stone's throw from the François Mitterrand library, Yuman offers cuisine made from organic, ultra-fresh and nutrient-rich ingredients. Most of them are produced in France by passionate farmers. The dishes offered are made on the spot from these carefully selected products. You have several formulas, a quick menu at noon on the spot or to take away.

Not tasty. Small portions. Expensive.
Only one waitress. Who is rude, and sad in her life.
Do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere (the Creole restaurant closeby is way better)
Les quantités sont faibles et ça manque d'assaisonnement pour la plupart.
Par exemple le saumon gravlax était de simples tranches de saumon cru.
Le golden milk une petite tasse de lait avec des épices en sachet : 8e
