Food truck elaborating a menu of home-cooked meats and poultry, a vegetarian tray and home-made desserts.
Edouard Katz and Tristan Clémençon met with poker, their favourite game of their profession. But their other passion was cooking. The idea of associating to create a food-truck has crept between two parts. No burgers or sandwiches in their Brigade. They bet on «slicée» meat that is cut in fine slices served with fresh fries, salad, day vegetables and sauce. À la carte, for example, beef tab, duck magret, breaded chicken fillet. Everything is home and put together in a cardboard box with a pair of pliers. No knife or fork as everything is cut in advance. There is also a vegetarian pack composed of fresh vegetables Thai sauce, tomato mozza pesto, and always homemade French fries, salad and homemade sauce. And to end homemade desserts: tiramisu with fresh raspberries, green lemon cotta panna and others. Clément Gingast, a Bordeaux cook, joined the two boys and is a case that turns more than good.
