Restaurant with comfortable terrace offering a menu that changes with the seasons.

Simone is the great story of a group friends who are all adepts of good food and sharing. These lovers of environmentally friendly work and small organic producers – which they prefer to the great brand – set up their business a few years ago to make sincere dishes and friendly meals. Now the spot has become a must: bistro decor guaranteed, well-spaced tables, comfortable terrace, calm traffic and the sunlight are among the many qualities of the site. Chef Matthieu Longchamp is in charge of all the dishes prepared with fresh products and inspirations from elsewhere. The result is sincere and inspired, so inspired that the menu changes according to the seasons and the desires of this cuisine professional.

Simone is a good restaurant or fine food bistrot, or “bistrot gastronomique”. The selection of wine is surprising, but then it seems that they have a wine shop down the avenue. Anyway, we took the “wine pairing” and it was good. The food is fine, but nothing extraordinary. The service is good but not memorable. The atmosphere is only ok, I dont know why. The price is correct I think. In short, a good fine food neighborhood restaurant, but somehow It will not stay memorable.

J'y retournerais certainement.

this restaurant deserves more recognition to be honest.
i cannot believe that I didn’t discover this hidden gem sooner, the dégustation from start to finish was delicious, and their wine selection was truly exceptional. they serve biodynamic wines to pair with their seasonal fresh food. Julien who was the server and the co owner of the restaurant is very knowledgeable when it comes to wine pairing, thus making our dining experience even better.

we tried the scallop with cauliflower purée and dehydrated apple, it was a 10/10

the main dish which is the veal was perfectly seasoned and abundant in serving.

and the homemade rice pudding with salted caramel was the cherry on top.????????

would definitely go back here again
