La Cantine de Gaston is discreet. It's true that in this bubbling rue de Tolbiac, all the shops intermingle and you don't always pay attention to the addresses that animate it. This is the case with this restaurant opened by Juliette Fleurot-Beausire, a young chef from the south-west, and her husband Quentin. A bistro setting that no longer surprises anyone with tables and dissimilar wooden chairs, large mirrors behind the bar and old photos.
