Address in Paris serving a varied menu, vegan specialities and a ceviche of sea bream in entry.
Near the Place d'Italie, not far from the former Gobelins factory, La Manufacture has a long and nicely lit room, with a factory style decoration, which leads you to the bar. The tables, chairs and shelves in rustic wood offer a nice feeling of intimacy. The metal ceiling and its metal lampshades softly illuminate the daylight. The menu is varied and includes vegan recipes. We particularly like the sea bream ceviche served as a starter.

Au lieu d’un "bonsoir", le serveur m’envoie sèchement sur une autre table alors qu’il n’y a pas grand monde dans cet endroit, et vu l’accueil c’est mérité.
