LE BOUCHE À OREILLES
Bistro in Paris serving simple dishes, a roast piglet with an exceptional quality-price ratio.
Jean was first the cook of the Mouth to Ears - BAO for the intimate - before taking the orders. Thanks to his experience with the famous chef Guy Savoy, he has preserved some good reflexes. The dishes are simple and quality products, often purchased on the morning market: Bar filet on roast fennel, roasted porcelain and homemade purée, pork pata negra and sauted potatoes, hamburgers and home fries, lost bread… The MIDI formulas have exceptional value for money. The atmosphere is that of a neighborhood bistro, but the decoration is closer to a Motown framework with the vinyl clinging to the walls and old transistors.
