L'ALOUETTE
Restaurant in Paris offering cold cuts, poultry, meats and salads for vegetarians.
"Le Menu s'il vous plaît" is how the menu is presented in this restaurant with its green colours and simple, chic and stylish aesthetics. A green Decazeville sign shows you the colour and where the owner comes from. Western Aveyron is rare in Paris, and Jean-François Sahnes imposes his signature. "For a good start", there is of course egg mayonnaise, but there are also the charcuteries from Mas, and the local foie gras, the duck breast, honey and four spices, the sausage with knife and its cassolette of aligot d'Aubrac. Because here, "Humm the good meats" your tartares prepared with a knife, or the 1 kg rib of beef are combined with salads not only vegetarian, but of the shepherd, peasant, Indian, fisherman, Chinese ... And if the desserts are homemade, about fifteen wines, by the glass of course, will take you through all the terroirs of France, from Languedoc to the Loire, from Burgundy to Beaujolais, from the Rhone Valley to Bordeaux, without forgetting a pic-saint-loup, or a bergerac. A young, efficient and caring service to water it all.
