I recently visited and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The poor customer service and the behaviour of one particular waiter left a lot to be desired. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I noticed a lack of attentiveness from the staff. It took an unusually long time for someone to acknowledge my presence. The overall experience was marred by the poor customer service and the rude behaviour of the waiter. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a restaurant that should strive to provide a pleasant dining experience. I hope that Le Coche takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their customer service. It is crucial for them to train their staff to be more attentive, respectful, and accommodating to ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
