A bistro spirit at more than reasonable prices for homemade cuisine and quality products: this is the recipe for the Intermède. A trendy vintage deco and a relaxed atmosphere fill the picture. In the plate, trendy bistro dishes revisited: a fried foie gras, pistachio crumble and artichoke mousseline, well rolled. Then follows a veal tab with candied shallots, potato pancakes. J'ai pris les pois chiches au lait de coco et aux épices avec du riz, et la brioche perdue en dessert, les 2 étaient vraiment très très bon ! C'est copieux gourmand et les prix sont accessibles :)
