An atypical address, convivial with simple and family cooking in Paris.
A rather atypical institution, this Temps des Cerises, in the distinctive Butte aux Cailles district. Since its beginnings in 1976, this red-fronted bistro has operated under the legal status of a Société coopérative ouvrière de production (SCOP). This means, among other things, that there is no owner and that profits are fairly distributed. For the rest, it's a traditional bistro, with comfort food (country terrine, butternut-pumpkin velouté, kidneys in crust, Aubrac meats...). A restaurant just the way we like it.

Un po' caro ma il cibo non è niente male.
Beaucoup de monde mais un staff efficace pour placer tout le monde au plus vite et au mieux.
Un barman et une serveuse agréables et sympathiques ! La nourriture est simple mais bien cuisinée et bien servir, le vin d'un tres bon rapport qualité-prix, et l'ambiance globale conviviale comme toujours.
Dans un milieu de la restauration parisienne où tout change très vite et où il est difficile de pouvoir compter sur des adresses fiables, ça fait plaisir de retrouver des fondamentaux !
