Located in the Butte-aux-Cailles district, this restaurant is well worth a visit: fine produce, revisited dishes and a well-thought-out setting are all there to make it one of our favorites in the arrondissement. The chef offers bistronomic cuisine with a terroir flavour, always well executed. From veal tendron with turmeric to petit épeautre du Ventoux on the day of our visit, nothing is missing. The desserts are excellent, and at lunchtime, two formulas offer good value for money.
