Si vous aimez partager votre chambre avec les gens du couloir et des autres chambres cet hôtel est fait pour vous. Très bruyant et portes qui claquent souvent; on y dors très mal. Le personnel est tout de même accueillant

I was racially profiled by this hotel.

This hotel doesn't welcome Asian and who speak bad French. I forgot my room card inside the room when I went out for dinner. When I came back to the hotel, the guy of reception refused to let me in and asked me to sleep on the sofa of reception hall that night. I felt so helpless at that time. It's was 22:00 and I had to wait his enjoying for 10min to give me that additional card.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per tre notti,siamo arrivati in hotel verso le 11:30 di sera e ad accoglierci c’era un signore di nome PAUL.dopo aver effettuato il check in siamo andati in camera e abbiamo capito che la camera non era quella per cui avevamo pagato quel prezzo su Booking .il signore PAUL ci ha detto che non aveva un’altra stanza per quella sera però il giorno dopo alle 8:00 avremmo potuto cambiare la stanza e prendere quella che avevo prenotato su Booking.noi abbiamo accettato perché PAUL ERA VERAMENTE GENTILISSIMO,una persona fantastica che si è scusata tutto il tempo con noi.il problema arriva il giorno dopo alle 8:00 di mattina quando alla reception c’era un signore(che non merita di essere chiamato signore) di nome STEFAN,una delle persona più maleducate e irrispettose che ho incontrato in vita mia.mi offendeva in francese e mi accusava che ero una persona stupida perché io volevo avere la stanza che avevo prenotato.mi dispiace per questo hotel che assume lavoratori del genere perché perde tantissimi clienti per colpa di questa persona STEFAN.mettero una stella solo per la maleducazione di questa persona,però mi voglio complimentare con il signore PAUL per la persona che è.per PAUL 10/10.non metterò mai più piede in questo hotel per colpa di questo STEFAN
