Renovated hotel in the 13th district with 30 simple but well-equipped rooms for a tourist stay
This completely renovated hotel is located in the heart of the 13 th arrondissement, close to numerous cafes, restaurants, cinemas, tourist districts, shopping centre Italy 2 and the market of Blanqui Boulevard. The hotel has 30 rooms, served by a lift, very simple but equipped as necessary for a tourist stay. They all have a double glazing. Continental breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor with free Wi-fi.

Stayed here in May of 2022. Our stay was nice, we had to change rooms because we found hairs on the toilet seat. the room was small, but nice. So was the bathroom. Tbh it is overpriced, but you're in Paris afterall. Kinda far away from tourist attractions and the metro station is not really close-by. Overall, our stay at the Arian Hotel was okay.
