Le Chat Pitre is a friendly shop, with very simple decoration and a bright yellow facade! Children can sit on small chairs to peacefully immerse themselves in their work among the wide choice offered. A quantity that is not detrimental to the quality "because children are very demanding readers. If they do not immediately engage with the book, they will not force themselves, unlike adults". Laurence takes her readers seriously that she regularly calls illustrators out. Children leave happy with a dedication or an original drawing… A true pride, coupled with the pleasure of putting a face on the author of their favourite book! And we don't talk about the CDs, comics and toys that are also on shelves. Also know that parents are not left out with a book stock dealing with childhood and foreign literature.
