Patrick Loustalot-Barbé has had his tea shop opposite the market in the Rue de la Glacière for more than 20 years now: it's a place that is well known to regulars. You can have tea, chocolate, pastries, but also choose among the 250 kinds of teas offered. They come from China, Formosa or India.
