ASSOCIATION NAKAIMA (SECTION QIQONG TAI CHI CHUAN ET MÉDITATION ZEN)
The heart of the Chinese quarter in the 13 th arrondissement contains many martial arts clubs, whether internal or external. This shows the presence of the Nakaima association, which offers several disciplines from aikido to Qi Gong through Tai chi chuan. For several years, the latter has been involved in the Caillaux Street Dojo. The courses, orchestrated by Jérôme Guillerand, are based on a traditional method, the Yang style (most common in Europe), resulting from the greatest masters behind the school. They are based on balance and deep relaxation and remain suitable for all ages. They last an average of one hour. In the programme: a great work on breathing and movement to allow the body to achieve real body memory, all on the basis of intense meditation. The idea is to take away from the concerns of the material world to rediscover the fundamental life of life. If you want to go further, courses are organised all year round in Paris, Auxerre, but also in Drôme. Courses that bring together several clubs and professors from all walks of life.
