An unrivalled venue, designed by architectural star Renzo Piano
First and foremost, it's an unparalleled venue, designed by architectural star Renzo Piano. Opened just over ten years ago, it's an immense shell of wood and glass, set over five levels between two buildings. On display are objects from the cinema "before", like so many treasures! A 70-seat auditorium also shows silent films accompanied by a pianist, and guided tours and workshops for children are regularly organised.
