The pink front of this butcher shop makes it an unmistakable visual of the avenue. Visual, of course, but also gustatory! Its farmhouse meats come from all over France: blonde d'Aquitaine, milk-fed veal from Corrèze or Lot, suckling lamb from Pauillac, black-legged chicken from Poitou. Its preparations are appreciated by customers who do not want to spend hours in the kitchen: cep cans, stuffed paupiettes, Provençal veal, etc. A little expensive certainly, but the quality is really worth the detour to this establishment. Note the excellent wine bottles that are available on the shelves: they will be recommended to you with talent.
