This Fabrica is undoubtedly one of the best Italian establishments in the district. Good products, unparalleled know-how – for pasta in all its forms and flavors –, delicious and generously garnished pizzas, desserts to fall for, and all this for a great price-quality ratio. Hosted by Italians, this authentic pizzeria will give you back the taste of Italy for one evening. It should also be noted that it occasionally organizes events (such as preparing pasta in a Parmesan cheese wheel) and musical evenings. To enjoy its cuisine without moving, the house also makes takeaway meals.

De loin la meilleure pizza que j’ai mangé à Paris. Cela me rappelle vraiment mon voyage en Italie. Je reconnais que 25€ pour une pizza peu paraître exagéré mais les produits son frais, de qualité et excellent. Situé en face du cinéma c’est très sympa après une petite séance. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Il faut compter en moyenne 25/30€ par personne incluant la boisson et le dessert. Également il faut noter que l’endroit est très chaleureux et convivial.
