Crêperie in Paris serving Breton pancakes and crêpes, a bowl of cider or apple juice.
For over 50 years, lovers of Brittany have gathered here to enjoy galettes and/or crêpes, all named after Breton cities. They can be sure that the various compositions are made with respect for tradition and with ingredients sourced from small local producers. Among the galettes that are (slightly) off the beaten track are the Saint-Brieuc (blue cheese, minced beef, onions, egg, salad) and the Nantaise (asparagus, cheese, crème fraîche with chives). Close to Montparnasse station.
