L'Écir is one of the best places on the Boulevard Saint-Jacques, which is rather poor in terms of restaurants. You will meet there a clientele of the district seduced by a menu of great generosity. It is fresh and excellent. The waiters, as dynamic as possible, don't balk for a moment to find you a place and serve you with speed. The burgers are tasty, the meats excellent, as well as the salads. The desserts, finally, are worth the detour: entirely made on the spot, they complete the meal with mastery.
