Warm Moroccan restaurant where the couscous is cooked in several ways and the lunch formula is cheap.

An institution that has proudly stood here for several decades, and where welcome, warmth and efficiency are not empty notions... The Moroccan restaurant Le Gourbi, it's two rooms (you'd think you were on the other side of the Mediterranean) and the wonderful service of Lamara, the real emblem of the place! The couscous, cooked in all kinds of ways, proudly takes the lead on the menu, but we can't stop there! Indeed, the tagines and the grills are also outstanding, and well known by the inhabitants of the district. At lunchtime, a cheap (and especially fast) formula is very popular. A real good plan of the 14th district!

Un accueil d’un grande gentillesse en toute discrétion :table à côté du chauffage pour ma mère, 90 ans. Service à l’ancienne : semoule apportée et ensuite servie dans l’assiette. De même pour les boissons. Rien à redire. Et côté plats, J’ai découvert le gandjia et adoré cette viande mijotée à petit feu dans un jar.

Magnifique, le petit Maroc dans Paris!
Nous avons réservé les lieux pour un repas d’entreprise et nous nous sommes régalés, les repas sont copieux et très goûteux j’y retournerai certainement.

Merci encore pour cette merveille gastronomique et surtout pour l’accueil chaleureux.

Une adresse à obligatoirement tester. L'accueil ?Des serveurs très souriants, accueillants, arrangeants, serviables qui rajoutent que du plus à l'expérience. Que dire des plats ? Tout simplement un régal. Les viandes sont simples somptueuses ! Délicatement cuites elles font exploser les saveurs dans une tendresse incroyable. Des couscous comme ceux là j'en mangerai 1000 !
