Saigon... A whole era... But there is no trace here of the colonial past nor of the wooden fan on the ceiling. Rather a contemporary decor, with white brick walls, a large clock, black metal hangers... On the plates, Vietnamese dishes, but not only, homemade and prepared in the open kitchen installed at the entrance. Banh cuon with shrimps, pho soup with beef (a great Vietnamese classic), bun nems cha, bo bun... fragrant recipes and real invitations to travel. Vegan dishes à la carte
