Bistro in the 14th district with a regularly changing menu of fresh and tasty products.

The...... The name gives you a chance to take a tour in this bistro located a little away from the beaten trails of the 14 th. Head Yann Le Port and Thomas Desfassiaux in the room. A certain elegance in the bistrotière decoration suggests another elegance in the dishes and that is the case. The kitchen is concerned with the fresh and intimate product with the taste: boudin prawn with tandoori shrimp, magret duck roasted with gingerbread and Paris-Brest caramel with salty butter. A trio that can only delight gourmets. The map varies very regularly but the regularity of the dishes leaves no bad surprises.

On nous a servi du poulpe qui nen était pas et je sais de quoi je parle, je le chasse et je le prepare moi meme. Les bras du poulpe ont deux rangees de ventouses sur toute la longueur et une texture reconnaissable. Les bras servis outre dautres details ne comportaient des ventouses quaux extremites, cetait un cephalopode autre meme si le serveur ma soutenu le contraire.

4 personnes cosmopolites (français, anglais, espagnols) avec choix de plats différents. Entrées TB, plats TB et TB+, desserts plus classiques, vins choisis très corrects à bons, et choix de plats ou vins intéressants et variés. Cuisine raffinée dans l'ensemble. Bon resto à recommander. Prix un peu élevés à mon avis qui placent ma note à 8 au lieu de 9.

Une très belle soirée au Jéroboam avec de succulents plats et de bons conseils sur le vin. La décoration est agréable. Le service gagnerait à être un peu plus chaleureux.
