Bistro in the Paris district serving traditional and efficient bistro cuisine with seasonal products.
Very traditional dishes, served on a slate and in a terribly well thought out setting: that is Le Chinchin, a true neighborhood bistro, the one that has everything good, because in addition to having this Parisian street urchin atmosphere on the very much loved counter, its huge terrace directly overlooks the Montsouris park. So for the decoration, the designer architect Michäel Malapert played it raw (exposed stones, rough walls, solid wood, steel sheet) with antique furniture and large windows that immerse the room in a natural light during the day. From his open kitchen, the chef Tiago Corceiro offers a traditional bistro cuisine (soup of the day, pâté terrine, cod tartare, beef tartare, prime rib, homemade french fries) and effective, made from seasonal products. As for the desserts: panna cotta, lemon pie and white cheese. In the dining room, the chef Pierre Thomas is the conductor of your meal. Le Chinchin is the right spot in the neighborhood for regulars and Sunday walkers. Finally, note that here, we don't skimp on events, like the unmissable Beaujolais. A true heartbeat in the neighborhood.
