Brasserie with a variety of meats on the menu and a salad menu for vegetarians.
First brasserie when you enter Paris coming from Aveyron, it benefits from an exceptional location, in a corner. You can also spot it thanks to the red wall hanging where it says "Viande de l'Aubrac", quite simply. On the menu, the local products are well represented. Here all the pieces of meat are honored, because at Paris-Orléans, we buy complete cows, about a hundred per year, proposed in all the forms: rib of beef, tartar, tournedos... You can also be tempted by some suggestions of fish or the menu of salads.
