Address in Paris offering quality products, meats and desserts
A very nice place! And a beautiful contemporary decoration where wood, glass and black meet alternatively and where a well-chosen lighting makes scene more chic. You can see the copper pots and a little part of the cooking behind a big glass. Placed on a black and white checkerboard, a large table d'hôtes to have meal between friends and individual tables in the Parisian fashion: one next to the others, tight… In the plate, the chef plays on his double origin and is serious with product quality: The country terrine with figatellu, red onions and guindillas smell good Corsica as well as cannellonis with brocciu cheese, spinach and fresh mint. On the other hand, lamb hazelnuts are from Limoux and are accompanied by a blanquette of fava bean with country ham. As for the dessert, the pan-fried raspberry, chiboust with Corsican honey, cedrat ice-cream lead us straight to the island of Beauty.
