For starters, a terrine of saddle of rabbit with foie gras, and for the main course, sweetbreads and a sauce... with foie gras. You've been warned: the menu is classic. More proof? We'd like to mention the steamed asparagus in season, the snail puff pastry, the roast piglet, the grilled sea bass fillet and the pancakes flambéed in whisky. Reassuring, isn't it?
