Small brasserie in Paris offering a simple family cuisine, meats, fresh and homemade fries.
Le Central Café is one of those little brasseries on boulevard Vaugirard that, right next to the Gare Montparnasse, keep you waiting for your train. The menu may be written in English and French, but it's written in Aveyron. Simple, family-style cooking, with Patrick Chambon, an Aveyronnais from Saint-Côme, at the helm. And if the salad is Aveyronnais, from the Aubrac plateau, even Parisian, or hot goat's cheese, you can enjoy other dishes just as tasty and generous on the slate.

Elles sont parfois en sous cuisson, mais quand on connait le chef, on peut lui faire une suggestion ;-)
J adore ce petit bistrot quand je viens travailler. C’est ma cantine!
Demander la mayonnaise maison ;-)
