Gastronomic restaurant in Paris offering nibbles and appetizers, creative and gourmet dishes.
In a word: sublime. The talent of Philippe Bélissent will make you live an exceptional moment. We can start with some snacks and appetizers to whet our appetite and then, the tasting is available in 4, 6 or 8 recipes to choose from, accompanied with a wine carefully selected by Jérôme Coblou, a true pro. And this is the big party: successful associations, shellfish, squid, fennel and ginger or scallops, celery and green mango. Some sweet-savoury notes here or there with a John Dory, sweet onions and orange-coconut juice or a succulent lamb, hummus, grapes and lemon confit to continue… The plates, creative and gourmet, as well as a renewed menu every day remind us, if necessary, that we are here in a high-end gastronomic restaurant whose cuisine can only inspire. The service is impeccable and the decoration is top and designed by a woman. She was able to use very simply noble materials, all highlighted by warm colours. You can sit either in front of the open kitchens or in a much sought-after alcove for those who want more privacy.
