French cuisine restaurant led by a Japanese chef who creates convincing dishes.
Michihio Kigawa is Japanese but it is in France that he has been working for many years already, and it is French cuisine that inspires it and works. Today he is at home and if he is not the most media of Japanese chefs in Paris, he deserves your trust because he has a real talent and his plates prove to be more than convincing. We are seduced by bowl foie gras de canard, black fig and apricot grout or mackerel mackerel in lemons, Italy's summer black nose. In flat the Veau roast calf roast roast in persillade, potato purée from Annie Bertin, is baked wonderfully. The Caraïbes and Dough chocolate cuts, crumble chocolate and vanilla ice leave excellent memories. An address that you would like to keep for yourself to be sure there always has a cover.
