Small traditional brasserie in Paris preparing meats, dishes of the day, a buffet of homemade desserts.
In the heart of the popular and very commercial neighborhood of Pernety, Julien owns this small traditional brewery at the corner of Gergovie and Raymond-Losserand Street. Classic and home cooking is offered: beef bourguignons, rabbit stew, calf's head, Aubrac beef from Conquet, and sausage with aligot are the dishes of the day, ftrom Monday to Saturday. A wide selection of sweet delicacies will then be offered with a homemade dessert buffet, available next to a pub. The wine list offers its nuggets and Marcillac wines at the Domaine Laurens are offered with Cotes de Millau wines. An address to be tested for sure!
