He pays tribute to these rustic and popular dishes, which delight children and adults, from generation to generation by revisiting them slightly. As for the main course, you can treat yourself with a farm yellow chicken roasted with rosemary and a very tasty fondant potatoes and a steamed back of pollock, white butter and cooked sauerkraut, a good idea.
