Address in Paris offering original dishes based on simple ingredients and various desserts.

Here, La Grande Ourse is the constellation of the large casserole. Denis Croset perfectly masters the casserole art. Using simple ingredients, he concocts original dishes that are surprising by the accuracy of their combinations. It's the case of the crispy snails and button mushrooms, flat-leaf parsley oil, fresh cod fried in the oven, mashed potato, juice with vegetables and curcuma. Among the desserts, the cream slice with strawberries, vanilla cream, red fruit coulis will make your tastebuds happy. In short, this chef has managed to set up a brand worthy of his talent.
