Canteen in Paris offering a selection of various dishes, including meats, fish, and desserts.
La Cantine du Troquet is where the authenticity of the South-West meets a deep-rooted Parisian spirit. Under the watchful eye of Christian Etchebest, Loïc Falgas orchestrates a bistronomic cuisine that brings the classics to life: tasty terrines, melting meats, all with a touch of audacity that awakens the plate. The ambiance, halfway between neighborhood conviviality and elegant simplicity, is an invitation to sit down without fuss. The dishes play the local card, but also surprise with a well-measured touch of creativity, just enough to capture the palate's attention. An address that lives up to the expectations of epicureans!
