Restaurant in Paris preparing a cuisine of the Southwest, gourmet and full of flavors.
Near the Montparnasse station, La Cerisaie is the daily meeting point of regulars, employees of the corner at lunchtime, and the neighbours at dinnertime. It should be said that this restaurant offers what the South West cuisine can produce the best. It is difficult to choose from a rich chalk menu. After a long reflection we chose egg casserole with cream and summer truffles, a good dessert with a homemade mashed potato puree with truffles and finishing a Armagnac baba whipped with vanilla. Everything was successful. We owe this gourmet cuisine and full of flavours to chef Cyril Lalanne. Originally from Ariège, he worked formerly in Bascou and at Relais Louis XIII in Paris. The room is small and consists of only 26 seats. Reservation is therefore required.
