In the 14th district, the Château Poivre is batting close to a thousand as a particularly welcoming table, offering traditional products from our land. Martin Pompeo is both the owner and the chef. With a few Mediterranean origins, he believes well-worked and revisited dishes which change according to seasons. the Siracusa traditional purpetti combined with confit fennel and olive oil, the kinds of stuffed balls should not be missed. It also gives us typical French dishes but delicious like this stewed beefchuck in summer, flavored grain mustard with turnips, carrots, leeks and potatoes. The chef serves good wine.
