Modest Mother Agitée? Not really if one believes the slogan of one of his dishes: the world's best pig head since 1995. But we also like expressions such as «disorder is life» or even the approximate English spoken. As you will be aware, the boss Valérie Delahaye is not taking the lead and, in particular, the boss Valérie Delahaye does not take seriously or his half of her husband is houspiller if it does not go as she wants. He, very cool, continues his unruffled service… We're not in a restaurant, we're in another world, surreal. The door, in a decor of bric and broc, postcards to walls, paintings and objects collected on the right and left, wrapped in apples buried under newspapers, we attack the right-hand menu in a rustic tradition. The map changes regularly but classics come back like bowl of poultry livers (one would have liked one or two gherkins to accompany), Burgundy-carrots beef, ratatouille chicken (both dishes are served on a pasta bed…) and apple pie. There are plenty of dishes to choose from. Even if the glass of wine is included in the lunch menu it is a bit expensive. For lovers of jazz evenings every 1 st and 3rd Tuesday of the month in the basement of the restaurant.
