Parisian bistro preparing a generous and no-frills cuisine, home-made fries
Time passes in this illustrious Parisian bistro, the owners follow and yet nothing seems to have to move. After the mythical Jean, there were Didier, then Laurent and now, Jamick Thomas, whose leitmotiv is "we do not change a winning team." This means that we remain in the kitchen faithful to a clean, hard-to-wear, generous and frills register, such as campagne, the Salers tartar of about 220 g and burnt cream. It goes without saying that French fries are home-made and that all the Beaujolais wines are carefully chosen by the boss. It goes without saying that we will finish everything by a baba or a paris-Brest!
