Address in Paris serving a short and inventive menu of seasonal products at good value for money.

" Good doctor, I have a problem, I am always hungry and always thirsty and even more when I look at your proposals ". No worries, we will make an order full of greed and generosity. The prescription is simple: a short and inventive map, which changes regularly, seasonal products, for example in autumn the ceps pan, a real treat, finally wines adapted to your choice (Faugères, wine from the Ain country) for good value for money. We love rabbit bowl and hare saupiquet, the square of veal roast with thyme and pan-fried foie liver. Before you leave, don't forget to try the gardener with rum that has made his reputation well deserved!
