A duplex house where calm and pleasure reign, with souvenirs of travels and works of the artist-painter.
Marie-Martine is a journalist and Michel Espagnon painter. In their "house" in duplex on the 5 th and 6 th floors of a building dating back to the 1900 s, one has sown his memories of travel, the other hung his works on the white walls. And the visitor takes pleasure in admiring the Eiffel Tower which shines from all its lights. The 30 m 2 room is completely independent. A copper bed, a bistro table, a hundred-year-old furniture furniture, teak parquet in the bathroom and a turquoise bath, everything has been thought to be quiet and enchanting. Breakfast is served on the 6 th floor - there is a lift - in a festive atmosphere, reminiscent of the Montparnasse of the 1900 s.
