Petit déjeuner a volonté, bon produits et rapports qualité prix.
A moins de 10 minutes de l'orlybus. Parfait.
Manque de respect car j y étais la semaine dernière et il m avait confier que c était ok et que c était booking qui prenait trop de réservation
Hemos avisado a recepción y no nos dieron solución la primera vez.
La segunda vez, una chica de recepción nos ha atendido despues de ver ella misma que la habitacion 23 contigua a la nuestra, seguia con la alarma a las 08.00 am sin apagar y con el volumen al maximo.
Entendiendo nuestro descontento, nos ha propuesto devolvernos el importe de la ultima noche (estuvimos dos dias). Le pregunté cuando me llegaria el abono y me comento que entre el fin de semana y principios de la semana siguiente.
Pues bien, estamos a miércoles y todavía no ha llegado nada, y además, no me responden a los mensajes para saber qué ha pasado.
Solicito mi devolución por booking y no nos contestan los mensajes, ademas parecen unas instalaciones muy vulgares, los recepcionistas… ya ni te cuento con sus actuaciones. No volveremos a reservar ni se nos ocurre recomendarlo.
