This hotel is not far from Montparnasse station or Porte de Versailles. In a modern design and design, the rooms are functional. The carpet, whose colour changes from one room to another, gives a cosy appearance; some soils were covered with parquet flooring for people who are allergic to acariens. Bed linen is new and beds are equipped with duvets. Each room has a bathroom with a shower (or a functional bath in Junior Suite) and toilets. We staied for 6 nights paid €960.
1. The toilet is so small you can't close the door otherwise your knees will be jammed in your chest please see the pictures and its next to the bed
2.no shower only a bath tub that is very wobbly) in the bedroom, it takes ages to fill it since the water power is very weak
2. They only leave toiletries for 1 person for 1 day and do not refresh. We booked a room that was supposed to have coffee machine however the capsules were €3 which is absurd
3. There is a small step that separates the bath area from the bed and the colour of the floor is the same that camouflages it. If your brain is not used to it as mine was not you could injure your foot. I injured my toe ????
4. The water leaks from both bath and the basin both tabs are wobbly

The tap is marked, the rough ring is to turn to open the tap for both cold and hot water is very stiff and painful to turn.
6. AC doesn't work I asked every day from staff to fix it but I think it was unrepairable.
7. Windows are not sound proof I jumped every night from syren of emergency cars or other cars Horning ????
I think it was over price for what it offered. I would definitely not consider ever staying here again ????
À notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de réservation, au bout de 10 minutes il nous trouve enfin…
Il nous encaisse une taxe de séjour en trop (enfant de 18 mois) nous demandons un remboursement ce qu’il fait mais a contre cœur.
Surprise, l’ascenseur est en panne, avec une personne handicapée avec nous, il le met seul dans une chambre au rez de chaussée SANS CHAUFFAGE ET SANS EAU CHAUDE.
Arrive dans la chambre : une ampoule grillée, un frigo qui fuit et un pommeau de douche qui fuit également.
La propreté est à revoir.
