Paris Water Way specializes in cruises on the Seine in Paris. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been made, and a confirmation e-mail is sent with details of the meeting point. Rates are based on the number of participants, which must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the service. In the event of cancellation by customers, a cancellation fee will be applied. In the event of cancellation by Paris Water Way due to weather conditions or other circumstances, an alternative date will be proposed or a full refund will be made. Departures are from the Port de l'Arsenal in Paris or from Le Reef Club restaurant in Boulogne-Billancourt. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before departure to avoid delays. Paris Water Way is not responsible for objects that fall into the water.
