A former cabaret theatre, this site was created in 1986 by Alain Mallet, the father café and theatre owner of Edgar. In the room of 400 seats were seen from shows as Hell of Hell, from Jean Noël Fenwick with Anemone, Le Century, from Michèle Laurence with Patachou, La Nuit du Titanic, from Michel Pascal with Bernard-Pierre Donadieu, Marcel raised in Paris, I am a salmon, from and by Philippe Avron, the Avignon of Avignon, Jaime Salom, with Catherine Allegret and still L'L L'Avignon Dresser, of Ronald Harwood with Laurent Terzieff. It is noted that before 1994 the theatre was called the Grand Théâtre of Edgar.
