MISSION BRETONNE – TI AR VRETONED
The Breton mission Ti ar Vretoned - "Maison des Bretons" - is a non-profit association with a social, cultural and spiritual vocation. It was founded in 1947 by Father Gautier to help the Bretons arriving in Paris. Located in the current premises since 1977, it organizes many activities including concerts and balls. Weekday workshops: music and dance. Weekend activities: words (Breton writers' lounge, Kafe Istor library, "Tales and the Sea Watch"), music (Festoù-deiz, concerts, Kan ar Bobl meetings), the Breton language, dance, history ("Memory of Brittany", books, cinema, "Gospel and Life", "Conviviality and Mission Spirit"). All audiences are accepted. The only requirement is to be discreet when you arrive or leave this place. You have to cross a courtyard lined with housing... No matter how much you like to party, you don't have to bother the world!
