This church is home to paintings paying homage to the hardworking life of Saint Éloi, Saint François d'Assise and Saint Luc

At the end of the 19th century, Father Soulange-Bodin, caring for his flock in the Plaisance district, launched a subscription to build a church to link religion and all classes of workers. The design was inspired by factories: metal architecture (iron and steel), high ceilings... By contrast, the porch and choir were built in the traditional manner. Paintings pay homage to the workers through a number of saints.
