Temporary exhibitions are organised in several spaces of a building that is a work of art in itself in Paris.

A building that is a work of art in itself, designed by Jean Nouvel. It's also a building that the Fondation will vacate at the end of 2025, moving to the Palais-Royal, next to the Louvre. In the meantime, painting, sculpture, video, photography, comics, digital arts, fashion, cinema... will continue to be honored through frequent exhibitions, always of the highest quality. With this foundation, patron Cartier wishes to "promote contemporary creation and disseminate knowledge of it".

Nous avons vu une magnifique exposition qui reste dans les pensées, poétique, sensible : Bijoy Jain et Studio Mumbaï, le souffle de l’architecture. J’ai acheté le catalogue pour en apprendre plus. C’était un magnifique moment.

Que faire dans un lieu à moins que l'on y songe ? Le musée offre dans un premier temps une balade architecturale signée Jean Nouvel. Si cadre est agréable et que les expositions sont variées, le nombre d'œuvres proposées reste limité.
